Review: GIVING HER MY HEART by Debbie Hyde

A gym owner and a dance teacher. The woman has been driving Jasper crazy with all that music. Too bad she had signed a year lease so he couldn’t get rid of her. Hannah couldn’t understand why Jasper was so cold to her. There was obviously already tension there, but there was also an attraction there. Hot and cold. But, of course, they try to ignore it.

The reason why Jasper could be so cold to Hannah was because he was too preoccupied with getting custody of his 4-year-old daughter. Still, the two have been burned by previous relationships and had no desire to get burned again.

Story was easy to fall into. It was great seeing Jasper and Hannah get closer and go from being business associates to friends to lovers.

“Can I be the father I need to be for Bently and still pursue a relationship with Hannah?”

I was elated when the judge finally ruled in Jasper’s favor and he got to take his daughter home with him.

This is a nice, slow romance in a close-knit community style. I kind of wished the romance would’ve developed a little quicker, but this was still a good read and I look forward to checking out the other books by this author.
