A pregnant woman running from an abusive ex stops at the Hotell. Her baby was literally sucking the life out of her. Yikes, that demon baby was scary!
Nice illustrations! This book is like “Tales from the Crypt” in which it relays horror vignettes—a collection of dark and scary stories.
A husband kills his wife, chops her up, and throws her into a glowing, freaky lake that brings her back. These stories were pretty good. In fact, they were better than I thought. Some of the images can be a little gruesome and sickening. I had to look away with all the blood and gore. Stories seemed to have a fitting ending just like “Tales from the Crypt.” The best stories were the ones without the gushing blood all over the place—basically the one with the hacked-up wife. It was cool how these stories connected to each other. Good read!
