A family was still reeling
from their attack in their home a year ago. The wife only realized that it was
all her fault. Ooh, what was her story?
This all started when Kate was
being stalked by an ex-boyfriend from college. After all this time, what was
the guy after? Story definitely grabs you as we see the characters in the
present and past. It’s all about a broken family trying to heal. Story gets a
little long-winded as it details the marital problems between Kate and Andrew
as well as Kate’s paranoia that her ex was still looking for them. What a
surprising and terrifying twist in the end. Of course, reading it, I kind of
knew that something was off about that husband. Made the long read all worth
it. Good!
