Review: LOVELY OBLIVION: POLLY by A.D. Craig

Two best friends—musicians from popular bands. Seemed like a perfect match, except that she already had a fiancé. Then that fiancé ended up already married with kids. Whoa, dude worked fast.

For being the bad boy in the band, Flynn was a real softie to Polly. Their comforting comradery was nice. For a while, the two commiserate on whether they could possibly be more than friends in the face of fame and paparazzi.

Storyline was slow to progress, but it was a rather nice build-up. A romance slowly blooms. I have to be honest that this story certainly wasn’t as good as the previous works I’ve enjoyed by this author. It just wasn’t as exciting or as quick as the other books in this series. I felt rather tepid about the whole thing.

It was a fairly nice romance and nothing more.
