Review: DARLING DELI BOX SET (Book 1 – 3) by Patti Benning

 

Book 1: Pastrami Murder = Moira Darling is the owner of a local del. The owner of a soup shopper (her competitor) was found dead and a bowl of her soup was found at the scene of the crime, making her a possibly suspect. With this news getting around town, she would be out of business soon enough. She had to find out who the killer was and soon.

 

Book 2: Corned Beef Murder = A storm was brewing and, in the midst, another body is found. It was Moira’s old friend, but was it really an accident?

 

Book 3: Cold Cut Murder = Moira opens up her deli and finds another body. It’s the death of a food critic, one that gave her a bad review. Was she a murder suspect…again?

 

Simple, easy-going mysteries! Nice short reads!
