Review: FIRE IN FROST by Alicia Rades

One of her classmates died a year ago in a house fire. For Crystal, the subject of death was a touchy one. But when she sees the ghost of Olivia at her school, she nearly faints. She soon realized that she can see flashed images of things before they happen (she saw her father’s car crash before it happened.) Her mother confirmed that she comes from a long line of psychics.

The narrative was easy and fairly intriguing. The pace was kind of slow as the main character spends too much time talking about mediocre things like her mother’s proposal and her period. Her mom was trying to teach her how to hone her psychic abilities, and it seemed like nothing was really happening. And it’s ashamed too, because this has such a cool cover. What a waste!
