The small town of Garber was in
danger of being mowed over by a corporate resort. Perhaps one way to stop it
was to kill the woman building it. Murder was never an easy thing to deal with,
especially when it happened right in your own B&B. It takes the ruffled
feathers and a repeated phrase of a squawking parrot to provide a key clue to
the case. For me, it was so obvious who the parrot was alluding to…and I was
right. Of course, the bird freaked out because he knew the killer. I SO knew
what was going on with that ring.
Even though this was a tad
predictable, this was still a good read.
