Review: THE CURSE OF HOLLISTER HOUSE by Kathi Daley

A girl would sit up in the attic with her cat. There, Callie would dream, thinking anything was possible. Years later, the dreams vanished and reality sunk in. With her parents gone, she lost the will to play, the will to live, the will to dream. At this point, this was getting winded and getting to be a real downer.

Then her aunt shows her the “magic” that can be found in the attic. What magic? Like real magic? Then the story ended up getting historical, making it very dull very fast.

My rating: 2 stars
