Spotlight: BUILT TO BE FORGOTTEN by Alison Faiella

Book Summary:

Sarah Hudson’s ordinary evening becomes a nightmare when she’s snatched from a bus stop by something far more sinister than a stranger. She awakens in a sterile facility, Bright Horizons, with memories of her family already slipping away. But one certainty remains: She doesn’t belong here.

Detective Harris’s cold case is heating up. His search for a missing woman leads to Bright Horizons, and its enigmatic Director, Anna Cline, a woman whose conscience may cost her everything.

Lurking in the hallways is Michael Greene. Once a brilliant researcher, now something darker. He’s been waiting, watching, and will stop at nothing to keep Bright Horizons horrors buried.

As Sarah fights to escape, Harris and Anna race to expose the truth before Michael silences them all. Permanently.

In a world where forgetting is the greatest danger, how far would you go to remember?

For fans of The Silent Patient, and Gone Girl, this relentlessly gripping psychological thriller will leave you questioning the frailty of identity and the terrifying power of those who control our memories.
