Review: Meet Pepper, a lovable dog that has just been fostered by a little girl until they find a home for her. When it came time to let Pepper go, the girl had a mixture of happiness, sadness, and nervousness. But mostly the girl felt happiness for Pepper had found a good home.

A wonderful story about fostering pets. As a strong advocate for animals, this story is a winner! I loved the adorable and colorful illustrations! A highly recommended read!
