Review: SQUISHED by Megan Lloyd and Michelle Nutter

What can you do when you’re squished in the middle of a large and noisy family? For Avery, the answer was to cringe in embarrassment.

It’s hard to get space in a house full of kids, especially when you have to share a room with your little sister and baby brother. The place was just too loud and Avery just wanted to get her own space. She’ll do anything to earn the money to build her own room. Walking dogs or selling lemonade. Whatever!

I loved the cute and colorful illustrations, but some of the text was hard to read though. The good thing is that the pictures pretty much explain the whole story without having to try to read the text too much. It’s got some pretty funny antics. Just wish I would’ve been able to read the text.

Don’t we all feel squished?

A pretty good read.
