**Book 6 is Coming Soon!**

From Sullivan's Secret: Her eyes stared motionless into infinity and bulged while her skin was gray and red streaked. Most of her hair had fallen out, and her mouth, lips, and tongue were swollen. Found floating face down was the description Chief Cory Miller received during the five a.m. phone call Sunday morning that woke him out of a deep sleep.

Sullivan's Secret:

Why was Marie seeing and hearing spirits again? She was hoping the paranormal group she was starting with her friend would help her find the answer.

This sounded interesting to me as I love stories involving the paranormal. In the beginning, all they talked about was the gathering of the group, coming up with a name, and getting the patents for it. The dialogue on this was quite stilted and repetitive. I mean, how often can you ask if the name, SIPS, was okay? So, right off the bat, this gets off to a slow start.

The whole pace is slow even after the discovery of a body in the water. There’s a lot of prep work in the group but not much investigating. This was clearly and literally the beginning story of the series and how everything all started, which was fine but not very compelling. I honestly expected to be drawn in more.

It’s a short and quick read, and it’s a decent start to the series. It’s definitely worth a try.

Rating: 3 stars
