The animal shelter, where Nikki volunteers, is in financial trouble.
Solution: A fundraising auction at the Country Club.
A man is shot at the club during the auction. A targeted kill in front of mass witnesses. Nikki, along with her best client and friend, Sonia, is on the hunt for the murder.
This was pretty good with a much longer investigation and too many people involved. Definitely slower, but an okay mystery.
