Review: DEATH BY DIPLOMA by Kelley Kaye

On her first day of teaching high school, the last thing that Emma expected was murder.

At first, this struck me as a typical, feel-good, cozy mystery. Unfortunately, I was bored from page 1. The whole thing was pretty slow, filled with useless jargon and a stagnant plot. I felt that there was too much concentration on the characters―characters that were not too interesting to begin with― rather than the mystery. It just bored me.

My rating: 2 stars
