  5. Hi Marisela, my daughter, 5-years-old at the time, needed surgery and I made a fun quest to search of magical tiny unicorns living in her nose, throat and ears as a way of making her specialist visits less intimidating and more fun. It was this personal experience that inspired me to write this book. It's sure to get lots of giggles at story time too. Great question!
