 Review: Story was a lovely ode between a boy and his tree. As a boy, he was happy. Then he became a man and so became less happy. The tree gave and gave and gave until there was literally nothing left. Then the boy became an old man and the tree had nothing else to give. It was a sad circle of life.

Was this the end of the tree?

The linear drawings were good. Between the word and the drawings, this whole thing felt like poetic art. Soft and sensitive, this was a nice story of regeneration and rebirth.

“You loved me in a place I thought was gone. I was a whole beautiful tree before so much was taken from me.”

A sweet story about the power of love and happiness.

“The end is a new beginning.”
