Review: RING-A-DING DEAD by Claire Logan

A newlywed couple was at the commencement of their honeymoon. The last thing they anticipated was to find the clerk dead upon check-in.

The year was pegged to be in the 20’s or 30’s, so the era made the old fashioned language fitting; however, this had the making of a classic cozy mystery. I have to say that the story moved rather slow for me. It didn’t progress as well or as quickly as I wanted. I’m sure mystery buffs would find enjoyment in this, but I didn’t like it as much as I thought.

My rating: 2 stars
