“Lord Henry Brinthrop (U.S.
President) marries our gal Sunday.”
The marriage between them was less
than a year old, but they still had incredible compatibility.
In “A Crime of Passion,” the
president’s righthand man is being convicted of the murder of his lover. He
couldn’t have pulled the trigger. But if he didn’t, who did? This was a good
one because I liked the mystery aspect.
In another story, Sunday gets
kidnapped. This one was meant to be suspenseful, but it was much too long.
The third story was rather
unreadable to me.
These were generally okay reads,
but the best one really was the first one. Eh, this book was okay.
